South Atlanta Walkers
In this humble sports writers opinion, the 1945 South Atlanta Walkers are easily the most
historically underrated baseball team of the 20th Century.
Did they win a single game all season?- Negative.
Were they a beloved part of the community? –Nope.
Did the players have any idea they were even playing the game of baseball? –Zero chance.
But by the power of Grey Skull, those rotting bastards had real moxie.
So to them I raise a toast.
